Adrian founded Exonar in 2010. Prior to this Adrian held senior posts in Networking, Information Security and Analytics, working in both the UK and the USA. He has worked for Cisco and held VP posts at eLoyalty (now Mattersight) and Lumeta where he managed European and International operations. At Exonar, Adrian works in concert with the Engineering and Client teams to align development with the needs of our clients.
Director & Co-founder
A co-founder of Exonar, Derrick has been instrumental in supporting some of Europe’s largest and most sensitive organisations organise and secure their information. Prior to Exonar, Derrick worked with Plessey Communication Systems, Nortel, Intervoice, Cisco and Lumeta. At Exonar Derrick is key in working with our clients and partners, as well as sharing his knowledge with the rest of the team.
Chief Operating Officer
Julie has worked for worldwide organisations managing privacy and security. Whilst working for Vodafone, Julie was Head of Fraud, Risk and Security as well as holding the role of Director of Security for Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Julie also led the Cyber Security and Resilience Practice for EY at the time of dramatic change in privacy and data protection legislation as well as the explosion in cyber attacks. At Exonar Julie works as a part of our senior management team to ensure clients have the information and support that they need.
Business Development Director
Sean has over 20 years experience working for leading edge technology and consulting companies from pre-IPO start-ups to DellEMC. He has been involved in technology implementation and the resultant organisational change since the commercial dawn of the Internet in the UK. At Exonar he drives our partner and marketing programs to help us understand from our customers what solutions we need to deliver to them.
Head of Research
Simon has lead the development of complex LoB and CRM applications for Teleperformance, one of the largest BPO companies in the world. Campaigns included the UK Identity & Passport Service, Renault, the Teachers Information Line and the DWP. At Exonar, Simon was instrumental in creating the first version of our search appliance. His role now is to identify client needs and discover innovative solutions for the engineering team to meet those requirements.
Head of Engineering
Aeham has extensive experience in building enterprise software that is used by many of the largest organisations in the world. Prior to joining Exonar, Aeham worked on Symantec Enterprise Vault where he led development teams and was responsible for the design and implementation of many core product components, before spearheading the development of the Information Fabric and Information Map projects for Symantec. At Exonar, he leads our engineering team and works on constantly improving our platform and the rapid adoption of new technologies. Aeham holds an MSc in Software Engineering from Oxford University.
